APPLICAITON SCENARIOS

The role of the power transmitter in the control of the advance and retreat of the refiner

The actual working distance between the grinding discs of the papermaking refiner is very small. It is required that after rapid feed, the speed of the feed must be controlled to avoid direct friction between the cutter discs and damage to the cutter discs. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve constant power beating control on the basis of stable pulp concentration and flow rate.


 The circuit diagram of the 10kV high-voltage system of the refiner is shown in the figure. The power transmitter collects voltage and current through the voltage transformer and current transformer installed in the 10kV high-voltage motor line of the refiner to detect the power of the 10kV high-voltage motor of the refiner. The power transmitter expresses the power signal in 4mA. Zero point, 20mA is used to represent the full scale of the power signal, and then the power signal is linearly output in proportion to DC4-20mA and transmitted to the PLC. The PLC dynamically adjusts the knife distance of the refiner according to the power signal and controls the knife advance or retraction, thereby achieving constant power beating control.
