Overview

Delton Technology is a company that focuses on PCB manufacturing and has strong competitiveness in the field of computing server PCB. The company was established in Huangpu Development Zone, Guangzhou in 2002. Its actual controller in the early days was FIC.Subsequently, they integrate Guangyuan, Guangda and other enterprises to optimize the business structure.
Delton Technology Thailand Factory located in Borthong Industrial Estate, Thailand, the project was officially launched in early 2023. It covers an area of 160 acres, with a total construction area of 160,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately US$180 million.
The first phase of the Delton’s project in Thailand targets motherboards and card boards for Eagle stream and Birth stream server platforms, and various types of precision circuit motherboards and card boards for AI servers. It is horizontally compatible with high-end PCBs in the communications industry and covers PCBs for PC, NB, and automotive industries.

Power Distribution Structure

There is a 10kV high-voltage distribution room and two 0.4kV low-voltage distribution rooms at the project site.The power distribution in the workshop is powered by bus duct. More than 20 pcs AM3 series medium voltage protection relays are used on site.，More than 250pcs AMC series multi-function meters, more than 700 busbar temperature measuring devices, and an EMS enterprise microgrid management platform are equipped to achieve power monitoring, energy consumption management, and power distribution safety monitoring in the factory area. The first phase contract amount is approximately USD 90,000.
