Problem Solving

On the afternoon of November 19, 2024, a large-scale power outage occurred at a customer's plant. Power could not be restored until the cause was clearly identified, so the customer immediately conducted an investigation. However, since this situation had never been encountered before, it was extremely challenging. The customer immediately exported the waveform recordings from our equipment and contacted us for assistance. With the customer's technicians providing on-site information and our technicians assisting in itemizing the issues, we ultimately determined that the incident was most likely caused by a lightning strike on the line. The customer implemented targeted measures and preventive measures, and the system has continued to operate normally since then without further incidents.

Project Effects

1:Realize real-time data collection and storage, unified background monitoring, and provide functions such as remote control of equipment and data anomaly warning;
2:Reasonably reduce the number of on-duty personnel and reduce labor costs;
3:It can record the waveform when the accident occurs, so that the problem can be handled with a basis, which greatly improves the efficiency of problem handling;
4:Collect, summarize and analyze electricity consumption data to help customers better control energy consumption and make more accurate production plans;
5:Guarantees the production and operation of customers, making production safer, more efficient and stable.
