SAB Vietnam Industrial Park Building Energy Management System

Overview

SAB Vietnam Industrial Park Project located in south A area Bim Son Industrial Park,Thanh Hoa province.The industrial park covers an area of 66.44 hectares,with a construction area of 120,000 square meters, will be constructed in two phases, with a total investment of approximately US$80 million. Phase I will invest approximately US$40 million. Invested by Weixing International(singapore) which is wholly-owned by Weixing group.The factory mainly produced including metal, plastic and nylon zippers, and plastic and metal buttons. The factory is positioned as a "smart factory" and a "green factory," introducing industry-leading clean production and intelligent manufacturing technologies to achieve green and high-quality development. This project will help Weixing Group become a global, innovative fashion accessories powerhouse. Together with the Bangladesh Industrial Park, it will accelerate the company's internationalization strategy, enhance its overall competitiveness, strengthen upstream and downstream collaboration in its overseas production capacity, better serve customers in local and surrounding markets, and secure more orders. The system primarily manages electricity and water usage in the industrial park.

Project Solution

This project primarily monitors water and electricity in the park, utilizing 693 water and energy meters and 7 pcs intelligent gateways. This system enables centralized collection and analysis of multiple energy types, including water, gas, coal, oil, and heating (and cooling). This breaks the limitations of traditional single-source energy monitoring and helps managers pinpoint high-energy consumption areas.
Real-time Monitoring: The system collects and displays real-time data on energy consumption within the building, including electricity, water, and gas. Managers can monitor the power consumption of lighting, air conditioning, elevators, and other equipment, and promptly identify abnormal fluctuations in energy consumption.
Data Analysis: By comparing energy consumption data across seasons and time periods, the system identifies the causes of excessive energy consumption, guides energy-saving improvements, and accurately diagnoses energy consumption issues.
Alarm Function: When energy consumption data exceeds preset thresholds, the system triggers an alarm. Whether it's a sudden spike in energy consumption or abnormal equipment consumption, management is immediately notified.

Report Generation: The system automatically generates detailed energy reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports. This provides strong support for energy consumption statistics, analysis, and comparison, meeting daily management needs and providing a comprehensive data basis for enterprise decision-making.
Equipment Management: Some software includes equipment management functionality, integrating information such as equipment type, ledgers, and maintenance records. This facilitates the establishment of a full equipment lifecycle management system, ensuring stable operation of energy equipment and reducing the risk of downtime.
