Hospital Isolated Power Supply Solution

In order to improve the safety and reliability of power supply in hospitals and ensure the safety of patients, Acrel medical isolated power supply system provides a complete solution for operating room, Intensive Care Unit and other medical Group 2 locations.

It mainly includes Hospital Insulation Monitoring Device ,Insulation Fault Locator,Insulation Test Signal Generator,Centralized Alarm And Display Device,Current Transformer, DC power supply.

For operating room, there are two solutions.One is composed of isolation transformers, current transformers, insulation monitoring devices(AIM-M10) and alarm indicator.

With H class insulation material and PT100 temperature sensors, Acrel AITR isolation transformers have better performance than Bender. It is equipped with current transformer and insulation monitoring devices include AIM-M10, AIM-M100 and AIM-M200. They can monitor the insulation resistance, overload, and over-temperature. It also has alarm signal output and communication functions.

And the above products are installed in the cabinet of distribution rooms. The other product, AID remote and alarm indicators are installed beside the intelligence panel in the operating room so that medical personnel can immediately receive a notification when there is power supply failure.

The other solution includes isolation transformer, current transformer, insulation monitoring device(AIM-M100) , alarm indicator and DC power supply. The DC power supply provides the electricity for alarm indicator.

For ICU or CCU, we suggest you add fault locating function based on the insulation monitoring function, that is, test signal generator and insulation fault locator. Acrel insulation fault locator can detect the accurate location of fault circuit so that medical personnel can find it and solve it within a short period of time. And alarm indicator should be installed in nurse station.

Besides, AIM-R100 residual current monitoring device is used in TN-S system of delivery room, haemodialysis room, emergency room and other medical Group1 and Group2 locations. It can monitor 12 channels circuits.

Our isolation transformer and alarm indicator have CE certificate. And we have obtained CE and IEC approval of insulation monitoring device, test signal generator and fault locator.

Since Acrel isolated power supply system was put on the market in 2010, it has been used in more than 400 hospitals at home and abroad, such as Brazil, Malaysia and Kazakhstan, providing safe and reliable power supply.
