Wireless Temperature Monitoring Solution

Wireless temperature measurement products are suitable for temperature monitoring of cable joints, circuit breaker contacts, copper bars, cables, and equipment surfaces in medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, and reflect the operating status of equipment in a timely, continuous and accurate manner to improve the safety on equipment.

ARTM series electrical wireless temperature measurement products are composed of three parts: Wireless Temperature Sensor,Wireles Temperature Data Transceiver,Temperature Data Display Device,Remote Temperature Data Display Touchscreen, and temperature measurement system. The wireless temperature sensors include 5 kinds of battery operated sensors , ATE100, ATE200, ATE100M, ATE100P, ATE200P and 1 CT powered sensor ATE400.

The measurement accuracy of Wireless Temperature Sensor is up to 1 celsius degree, Wireles Temperature Data Transceiver can reach 150 meters in an open space. ATE100 and ATE100P can be installed by screw, ATE200 and ATE200P are bundled with silicone strap. The sensors can be installed on copper bars, cable heads, etc. ATE100P and 200P have a degree of protection IP68, which are suitable for outdoors. ATE400 is fixed by alloy strap, and can be installed on circuit breaker contacts.

The wireless receiver have three models: ATC450-C, ATC600-C and ARTM-Pn. The ATC450-C and ATC600-C can receive temperature data of 60 or 240 wireless sensors without display function, they can monitor the temperature of multiple switch cabinets. ARTM-Pn can receive  and display temperature data of 60 sensors，and has 2 temperature alarm relays. One cabinet should be equipped with one ARTM-Pn.

The wireless receiver uploads the temperature data to the Acrel-2000T wireless temperature measurement system by MODBUS-RTU protocol through the RS485 interface. The system can shows the real-time temperature of each monitoring point, it also has functions such as reports, data curves, and event records.
